i agree with the speaker. many of the companies specially multinational pharmaceutical co.,always seek for ready made leaders, stars, performers. they neglect the potential talents they have already . form my point of view unfortunately these co., are sales not learning oriented. they dont bother themself to invest in traininga nd development plan to those who make the real future of this organization. i believe that creating and developing human pipeline if it is not as importnat as developing new brands pipeline it is much more worthier. i am a training manager in a multinational co., and it is No., 1 in my country ,investing in human capital comes in the last and least priority from thier ranking point of view.
i dont how to convince them. it is the GM strategy ??
i am doing what i have to do but , every training i see a potential in one or more of my trainees i lose him maximum before 1 year. and nothing i can do .
any recommendations????
